The Immaculate Conception Group is a group of lay people, for lay people, that was formed in December 1984 and canonically approved by the Bishop of Leiria-Fátima, Dom Serafim de Sousa Ferreira e Silva, in 2003, and later by the Portuguese Episcopal Conference on October 23, 2010, World Mission Day.
